I don't think Bones was extended because I think Bones wanted to leave. Plus, and this is just me talking here... there were a couple of incidents last season where Fassel and McVey didn't seem like they were on the same page. We saw evidence of that at least twice on the sidelines. Just a feeling that not all was as rosey as maybe we hoped it would be and Fassel was ready to go. Maybe Fassel wasn't that crazy about L.A. and wanted a change. We may never know but I think the Rams miss him a lot more than he misses the them.
