DE/DT JFM as a 2018 4th round pick, (6 ft 3 7⁄8 in 283 lb, 4.75 s 40 yard dash at the combine) got a sack and caused a fumble in the Super Bowl gets cut after one season. It was surprising. I remember SJD had a great offseason in terms of conditioning. I wondered at the time if the 6th round pick just beat him out. It's all speculation on my part but maybe getting cut, spending a year on IR provided both motivation and time to become a professional athlete. It is too bad it did not work out for JFM as a Ram.
