The TD by Kupp put the Rams up by 7. They kicked the extra point to go up by 8, which left it as a 1 score game. At the time, I was thinking it might make sense to go for 2. If they make it, they go up by 9 and the game is essentially over. Even if they don't make it, they are still up by 7 and have a high probability of winning. If the Rams have a good 2 point play up their sleeve, I think it would make sense to go for sealing the win at that point.
