Goff mic'ed up against Giants

I didn't see it in the game, but Goff got blasted in the head during a pass and THE REF SAW IT, but didn't call it, telling Goff "I'll talk to him" about it.

What the crap!?!?!? A shot to the head should be a flag every time! Goff can't get a break out there.
