Has not been a force at all for almost 2 years. He has battled SOMETHING his entire career. Nice kid but if he is hampered by pain, he needs walk away while he can WALK and not hobble away.

Forget about being a "force"? How about being just an average runner? Maybe he still has above-average hands and above-average passpro skills. Dunno. Maybe he's above average at picking up a playbook. I don't know either way. But I'd think he'd have to be at least average running the ball to be worthy of a starting spot, much less being THE guy, as he apparently is in Atlanta - and he's just NOT that.

I get that he wants the paycheck, and maybe *he* thinks he's better than he is. But why would the Falcons' coaches go along with that delusion?

Or maybe my eyeballs have been playing tricks on me with respect to Gurley for a long time now....

  Gurley looks so damn slow

Speed_Kills234October 05, 2020 04:31PM

He should have retired at the end of last season.

True but Gurley can still run a little

Hazlet Hacksaw192October 06, 2020 08:05AM

It's the one caveat to my conviction...
