The Rams are not yet a consistently good time, certainly not in "all three phases," as McVay likes to say.

And yesterday's Giants team effectively wasn't the one that flopped against the 9ers earlier.

And still thee Rams won, did relatively well on the injury front, and have opportunity to keep improving.

As Donald said, it's been to improve off a win than a loss.
