Just like Goff has every right to exploit another teams weakness a Ref has every right to call a penalty. They both are part of the game of football. It isn't just about players making plays its also about refs calling penalties. Take away the players and there is no game of football. Take away the refs-in a short time the game would be unrecognizable. Its called a symbiotic relationship- denoting a mutually beneficial relationship between different people or groups.
