THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. -- Los Angeles Rams running back Cam Akers has been ruled out of a Week 3 game against the Buffalo Bills, Rams coach Sean McVay said Friday.
Cornerback Darious Williams is dealing with tendinitis in his Achilles and is listed as questionable on the injury report, but McVay said he felt good about Williams playing.
McVay said he doesn't expect the game plan to be affected by the absence of Akers, who is dealing with a rib injury that he suffered on the opening drive of a Week 2 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.
