I realize Kromes has forgotten more about the OL than most fans will ever know but I think he's got some kind of weird deep-seated desire to prove himself right with Boom.
That said Boom did play better than he did last season in game one. But I agree he just looks like a backup to me. I see him as a career depth player.
And the strange thing about this is that they have Edwards who is going to be a plus lineman. IMO. But as always hope I'm wrong, that Boom will morph into whatever Kromer sees.
I'm waiting for the 22. Can't stand reviewing film now without seeing the entire field.
