I think its unlikely for a few reasons. At 5'11 3/8" and 200+ lbs, he is built like a safety as opposed to a slot corner in particular. More importantly, that would mean both Long and Williams are on the bench (as well as Deayon and others if they keep them). Barring injury, I just don't see that happening other than specific running down situations or garbage time. That's too much coverage ability on the bench in favor of a rookie. Usually your slot corner is at minimum your 3rd best cover guy. He'll be on special teams and be groomed for a safety spot. They cannot pay JJ what Budda Baker just got, they will need a starting safety to come out of Burgess or Fuller to start next to Rapp next year, and Burgess has the best speed/range of the safeties after JJ.
