Ticketmaster Rebate Policy On Concerts is interesting and I wonder how it works with Sports. If the event is postponed vs cancelled, they can hold your money indefinitely. On cancellations, they were giving people the option of either:
1) 150% credit for future purchases but there was like a 2 year limitation
2) refund of your money
I chose #2, because unless the mindset of the nation changes, this will go on indefinitely for many years and you would just lose your money with option 1.
Since many of the tickets in Football are season tickets, I don't know how much Ticketmaster plays a role in the NFL.
