Question is how to get him the ball consistently. You can't put him on the field and tell Jared he has to throw him the ball. He's gotta be open or have a good look for the QB when he reads him.
I don't want to hate on Everett. He really does have potential for being a very dangerous target in the open field due to his agility and strength as a runner. I just fear he has missed his window with Higs showing he's a dependable target down the stretch and the other spot looking like a blocking gig. But yeah it sure would be amazing to see him have a breakout year would love to see that.
It may be that they actually have 2 TEs.
Yes Higbee had a break out last year. But before he got hurt, so did Everett. Higbee's breakout was more dramatic, but Everett's was good too.
