The OL number of 8 just screams wrong to me.
McVay just lost 4/5ths of his starting OL last season. He had to start 3 first year starters by mid season. Really doubt he would go with only 8 again. Rams will have to replace Whitworth & Blythe after this season. cutting Joseph Noteboom will not happen. He is the only bona fide legit LT replacement on this Ram team. Noteboom might end up being PUP'd for the first half of the 2020 season. But I still see more than 8 Ol'ers on the master roster, so I would certainly say nine.
Like @den-the-coach said 5 ILB'ers is too many four at most. If McVay goes with RB's by committee, then you would think four RB's than 3.
If the Rams go as is today with the present QB unit then I see no reason to have more than 2, unless Perkins or Love just blow everyone away in TC & Preseason...Wolford just looks like the right McVay type QB to me.
