I care but I am starting to come to just accept the idea. I miss the NBA playoffs and MLB to varying extents. And the NFL and college football are always my favorites. But I would rather they just not happen than go through some sort of starts and stops etc.
I have adapted since March and found plenty other things to do. If the major sports world needs to pause until early 2021 then so be it. Who knows, maybe the restart of MLB and the NBA will offer some lessons the NFL can learn from. Hopefully.
I still think that with smart protocols and precautions in place the effects can be minimal. But I really dont see delaying the start of the season by 3-5 weeks as an option making any difference at all.
