I don't know how you are not getting this.... this is not a career ranking, this is not his 2019 rankings.....this is his list of best outside corners heading into 2020

it's as simple as that....11 best at the position as we head into the 2020 season.

do you really think all 11 of those players are better than Ramsey "as we head into the 2020 season" ?

Rams should use his list in their contract negotiations
