agreed, but isn't it the TV revenue that makes the NFL??

I mean, the attendance is nice..but the NFL seems like it's a TV business now.
Also, cuz this season will be even more TV presentation focused - we will get new innovations in order to help cover/hide the lack of fans in the stands...and may even find ways to include audio/video from fans at home via their webcam and a few serious algorithms to help extract the data to hear/see fans from all over. The fans in the stands will have a weak experience...but the millions at home watching may have really fun/supercharged ways of becoming part of the broadcast.
The NFL should really take advantage of this horrible pandemic and innovate the home TV experience!!!
