I think he can play RT too and view him as a very viable 3rd OT/game day backup for 2020. I would not put him back at guard, though.

I see no reason Noteboom should not be good for camp, at least in limited capacity at the outset. His injury was a month earlier in the season than Kupp's was in 2018 and Kupp was not only full-go in camp last summer he was involved in OTAs.
