I find this interesting as Corbett needs to showcase he's ready to be an NFL starter and if not, where do the Rams turn at LG? Most likely Brewer or Evans, however, let's keep in mind that Kromer really liked Austin Corbett coming out of Nevada and IMO, I thought Corbett played well from a pass protections standpoint, but I'm hoping for a little more umph in the run game. Hopefully, Corbett got stronger in the off season, I do know he was working out with Whitworth.
I honestly don't think Corbett is in line to be a starter.
Assuming Hav comes back, he's the ROT. To me that means Evans and Edwards are the guards. That would make Corbett a depth guy.
Remember, Kromer ALSO liked Evans and Edwards coming out--and the way I see it, both are ahead of Corbett.
There's also other 3 Rams newbies, 2 from last year 1 from this year, who could have something. I am thinking of Trewyn, Anchrum, and Brewer (who you mention). There's good buzz (at this early stage) on all 3.
