Yeah, their OL rankings can confuse me. Believe me, I don't see FO as the end all, be all. But they're a pretty good data point to include when evaluating teams, positions and players.
So, would you consider the '19 Rams o-line as "sub-middle of the road" in pass pro? I don't see how one could be that far removed from their #1 ranking and still lend any credence to their rankings.
Most of that rating is due to the league low 22 sacks(as you can see those ratings pretty much reflect the sacks given up) , which is more on Goff for avoiding them and McVay for getting Goff on more roll outs to help avoid them. The line was pretty bad last year for the first 9-10 games and looked much better once Evans and Edwards were in and Blythe went to center
I have high hopes for a much better line this year
