We were tottaly a better team but hey they were also perrenial super bowl flameouts too so we could revel in that at least.

The only time they got the Vikings at home under Knox was 77 and never under George Allen in the playoffs. Also Francis Asbury Tarkenton drove the Rams crazy, Staubach & Tarkenton were better then any Ram QB including Pat Haden, who I could not stand. Still believe if the Rams stuck with James Harris or Ron Jaworski (especially) outcomes would have been different, but Pat Haden was a Shrew.
