I'm far less concerned about the WR issue because I think it's a matter of them using the WRs they have to their strengths in an evolving offense vs. trying to find a plug-and-play replacement for what Cooks did.
To me
the offensive question mark is the OL. Now I have more confidence than I had this time last year and think 1 through 9 they'll have better depth. But there are questions as to who's going to start and where at 3 of the 5 spots and be the 6th and 7th men so until that's ironed out there are big question marks.
Defensively, I agree that the pass rush is a major question. I can see Ebukam and Floyd both generating ~5 sacks each and maybe Lewis gives them 4-5 as part of the edge rotation. Remains to be seen how Staley manufactures pressure but I think he's going to have to because I don't see anyone besides Donald they can just line up and feel confident they'll get consistent pressure from.
Special teams is an understated question issue. Bonamego does not have the track record Fassel did. Do they have three legit options at kicker or do they have three bodies they hope one emerges from? Overall ST was down last year across the board (Hekker included) and guys like Long, Williams, Fuller, Lewis, Burgess, Kenny Young, Howard, Scott, Gervase, Mundt, Hopkins, Webster, etc. have to generate a strong core unit.
