Probably the biggest heartbreaker for me. My girlfriend was a niners fan and she went to bed mad in the 3rd quarter. I stayed up to watch the glory but it turned into a horror show.

Something wasn't right about the 2001 SB. So its a heartbreaker but not necessarily just the loss... just everything about that game... the Patriotic theme and the refs getting caught up in the upset. How I saw it. Less about the loss and more about the circumstances that game was played under. A travesty IMO.

1979. The Rams weren't even supposed to be there. I was upset but proud of the team. I was only 11 or 12. And then the last SB. That one wasn't really a heartbreaker for me either.

I mostly hate losing to the niners... especially when they're a bad team. It's not the same now as it was in the 90's but I still don't like them. lol

Another heartbreaker was that the Rams weren't able to keep the greatest show going.

The Dickerson trade didn't bother me as much as squandering the draft picks. That was the heartbreaker there... Bill Hawkins etc... those drafts. IIRC
