yes Whitworth was a HUUUGE upgrade as was Sullivan over that crappy small center the Rams had before him

but some of those lineman were average and defense was off balance with that high powered, offense that was
hard to read with the play action and movement, jet sweeps

once the run game disappeared, so did the effectiveness of play action and line was not as solid as defense knew what was coming more often than not
