I wanted fatter horns at the top: check.
I wanted a sharp point instead of the cinnabun curl: check.
I wanted the blue on the helmets to match the jersey: check.
The split in the horn is fine, gives it a bit of a 3d look and I suspect people will adjust to that. It's not easy changing an iconic look.
Where I think they missed the mark a bit is the shoulders on the blue jerseys. Removing the numbers was dumb. And the horn curl looks like a McDonalds arch because you can't see the taper of the point.
They also missed the mark on the bone uniforms, the yellow stripe on the pants should have been blue.
But overall this could have been much worse. I'm actually relieved given how bad the logo change was.
