I believe you, even though it hasn't happened to me...

although I'm so low on the scale of 'fast internet' compared to nearly all of you that my speeds you would consider utter failure.

Never the less... my speeds have remained consistent, (for what they are). NOW....

for the rest of you... with every single <45 yrd old gaming their ass off 24/7 I'm surprised it hasn't brought the Internet down. Broadband has NOT kept up with the rest of 'tech'.. in fact it's not even close.
