FootballOutsiders: Adjusted INTs 2019

Someone posted about this recently and FootballOutsiders always does a good breakdown. The basic idea being they take actual INTs thrown, add on dropped INTs, subtract INTs on tipped balls by receivers and Hail Marys, etc. Full explanation and 2019 breakdown here.
In short, Goff was 23rd out of 34 QBs in the league in 'adjusted INT rate' (3.2%) in 2019.
He was 22nd (also 3.2%) out of 34 in 2018.
Tied with Keenum for 5th (2.0%) out of 36 in 2017.
27th (3.5%) out of 34 as a rookie in 2016.
