I'd actually proposed trying to trade for Ross prior to the draft (for a 2021 4th/5th round pick). I would've then selected Pittman with one of my 2nd round picks to add a different dimension to our WR corps. Ross would've been a 1-year rental as I wouldn't have resigned him long-term.

I def think that McVay would've found a way to use the type of speed Ross has.
