He is 5'-11" and lacks the strength or top end speed to survive on the outside. So he is a slot guy. Good, not great route runner, but he can become a very good route runner. Has super hands, but his catch radius is tiny with a sub 6' frame and sub 30" arms.
So you have a not fast, not big, short armed slot WR that runs good routes and has super hands and competes like heck for contested balls. What do you do with him. I'd say 6th round.
