Didn't see anything beyond 10-12 yds in the air from him. But, apparently, a former HS QB. He took a bunch of direct snaps. Certainly not saying he's about to be the RB version of Lamar Jackson, but, given Rams' receiving talent, I love the possibiity of McVay using Akers' ability to throw to give defenses a lil something extra to think about.
