There's a lot to like about him but there's something mechanical to his game. He doesn't have the suddenness of an Akers or a Swift or a Dobbins. He's more round and gradual in his movement. He's good though, but I think I'd address WR before RB. I like Dillon a lot as a pairing with Henderson, maybe Darrynton Evans later if Dillon isn't available.
