He was 2nd fiddle to K'Neal Harry up until this year. So he really has only 1 year of production. He isn't a very nuanced route runner and he can let balls get into his body at times.
He is electric and a ton of fun with the ball in his hands, and as a 3rd WR (for like say the Rams) he'd be the real deal. But to be the man or #2 seems like a bit of a stretch to me.
