Don't get the concept that somebody can't be in shape if they're a vegetarian.
All the animal fats don't make you stronger or a better athlete. They clog your arteries which can lead to a heart attack or stroke. He might feel better without meat period. If he does why would he start eating meat during the season? This is nutritional nonsense.
I think Obo could be terrific this year as I liked what I saw from him last season and loved his college tape. If he's working in sand he's building up serious strength. The anti vegetarian underlying comments by the author is really offensive and way off base.
