All the Rams really needed to do to the helmet was match the color to the color of the jersey. Other than that... it was fine like it was. The helmets with that horn have become iconic. Why in the world would you want to change it? To me, the move to a new city and the opening of a new stadium is NO REASON to change something so iconic. When the Baltimore Colts moved to Indianapolis, they didn't change the horseshoe to some weird color or shape. After that travesty of a new logo introduction, I don't trust the Rams to get the uniforms right at all. If they do... I'll be shocked.
