I think RB's success will become their own problem....

I think most teams will draft a RB - maybe even high - and use that RB for 4-5yrs...then trade him or let him go in FA. ...then the team will just draft a new one and grind him up and spit him out after 4-5 yrs. The lifespan of a RB is not long like 4-5 years of prime production and
I doubt teams will do what the Rams did with TG or any stud RB anymore...they will be very very reluctant to pay big money for a 2nd contract. imo

I think in the next few years it will get so bad that RBs will start holding out before the ends of their 1st contracts in order to get their true value during their short lifespan. They will have little leverage but I think that may start to happen once RBs see teams will not pay them the super big 2nd contracts. IMO
Very Good RBs are plentiful & can be had all over the draft for teams that know how to use them.
