Look, we can both massage stats until the cows come home but this will still be true.
While Hendo seems to have a ton of potential, the fact remains that (for whatever reasons) he underwhelmed in ‘19. I don’t think that’s debatable.
And until he DOES demonstrate that his college game does translate to the NFL many of us will be skittish.
I’m pulling for him Big Time, but I’m a bigger Ram fan than Henderson fan. He’s gotta show me the money before I want to stop loading up that RB room.
I don’t see why that should be the least bit controversial.
It isn't controversial to have question marks about our RB's but it's more about the OL. We have potential in our RB stable so adding more potential through this year's draft instead of shoring up the OL seems frivolous. Henderson didn't prove that he wasn't viable, he just didn't get to do much. He is our coming out of college potential guy. We don't need another right now before the OL is taken care of.
Unless they truly love someone at the skill positions I don't think the Rams should draft much else other than OL for the offense.
