The more I look at this draft, needs, etc......I think the Rams are going to go heavy on defense early. My first shot at a Mock Draft.....love to hear feedback:
Round 2, No. 52 -- A.J. Terrell, CB, Clemson or Jaylon Johnson, CB, Utah
Round 2, No. 57 -- Jordyn Brooks, LB, Texas Tech
Round 3, No. 84 -- Isaiah Wilson, OT, Georgia
Round 3, No. 104 -- Tyler Biadisz, OL, Wisconsin
Round 4, No. 126 -- Antonio Gibson, RB, Memphis
Round 6, No. 199 -- Devin Duvernay, WR, Texas
Round 7, No. 234 -- Kyle Murphy, OL, Rhode Island
UDFA
James Smith Williams, NC State, Edge
Jared Mayden, S, Alabama
DeeJay Dallas, RB, Miami
Reggie Corbin, RB, Illinois
I don't think CB is a high need, considering they have holes at ILB, Edge, RB and WR. But I like Johnson alot. I am still kinda scared of Terrell after the NCG. he got abused by LSU WRs. All night. It was bad.
Love Brooks, and that is about where he needs to be picked IMO. Super good fit and decent value.
Wilson is long gone by that pick. I am way too low on him apparently and I have heard the rumors of him going in round 1. Even if he was still available, he isn't a fit for the Rams OZS. He is power man all day long.
Love Biadasz, and love the round you took him in.
Gibson could be a monster weapon in the McVay offense, and have no issues with him where you got him
Duvernay would be my pick in rounds 5-6 if he gets that far and Murphy is a nice developmental OT pick.
Solid UDFA picks as well. Dallas has a sneaky chance to make a roster.
All in all a real solid draft.
