Zero reason to trade up. And I would still rather see them trade back with one of the two 2nd rounders and end up with 6 picks in the top 130 overall. I hate to see Cooks go but they got a good return for someone that is one concussion away from retirement.

Getting another top 60 pick gives the Rams flexibility, in my opinion, to go in any of the directions discussed as high as #52 without sacrificing the ability to fill other needs with later picks. RB? WR? OL? EDGE? CB? All on the table.

This trade probably decreases the odds that Everett is traded draft weekend but I still would not count that out yet.
