The one advantage McVay’s half glass full, or as you mentioned, Coach Speak, is that the Rams FO can leverage that.
His recent Rich Eisenhower interview where you’d think McVay would finally want to get the Gurley thing off his chest, McVay was very disciplined. Why risk Gurley failing the Falcons’ physical by accidentally dropping what’s truly ailing Gurley.
And so his approach will always have the Rams in a better, leveraged, position if they’re looking to make trades.
Frustrating for us fans and news junkies, but I’d rather have the Rams better themselves than hear their dirt.
