It's the one thing baseball get's right: they cater to all generations of fans and don't shy away from the sports classic looks, foundation, etc.
Football (the NFL specifically) has a hard time with that. We recently 'discovered' a fun football store that we were drawn to due to it hitting all aspects of the sport: Pop Warner, High School, College and NFL
The NFL has too many people making decisions that shy away from some of the sports classic looks, emotions, etc.
