I liked Sloman too as he was most of their offense last year and hit some big kicks. He's small at 5-8 and not a great athlete kind of a throw back kicker from yesteryear, however, had a great year...He was 26-30 last year in FG's including 4-5 from 50 yards and some of those in bad weather. Only 43 touch backs in 63 kickoffs, but that can be improved upon. IMO, Sam would be more of an UDFA, but that sure worked with Hekker and keep in mind that new Special Teams Coach John Bonamego will know of ton on Sloman being he was Head Coach at Central Michigan, who play in their conference.
