Is stadium construction essential work?

Is it worth it to us as Rams fans to know that lives were jeopardized by disease so a stadium can open in 2020?

Are there alternatives? Sure.

I ask all of this in the spirit of honest debate. Not "fighting" (which would serve no good purpose). But these are issues that give me pause.
