Pickup or delivery for everything, hell the vet near us makes the owners and pets wait in the car and if they need to only take the pet in for treatment. they only talk to you on the phone. the hardware store makes you call in what you want and bring a cart to your car. but different parts are doing different things.
One possibility is that Germany has high numbers because they have a lot of testing. USA lags in testing so it is possible if not likely that the numbers are deflated.
