I said this at the time, rewound and watched it a couple times and even had my wife watch and told her, "watch this honey, ST's coach just signed his own pink slip this offseason."
I have no problem with Bones and his tenure in STL and LA, he did a fine job, but that might be the only time I have seen McVay get that upset and viably chew someones tail, granted we dont see everything when watching on TV.
