I love fullbacks myself (Guman, Bryant...), but I think today you really mainly need one of your three TEs that can line up in the backfield as either a true FB or H-Back. Unless you really have an offense dedicated to utilizing the role regularly- and the Rams do not- I just don't think it's practical. Exception being if the FB is a true special teams ace and that's his primary role.
