He was as some say a spot duty guy..if I were him I'd go elsewhere too, he is vying for a starter spot now. IMO if he stayed around with us he MAY have had a shot in 2021 with the way we do with safeties when resign time comes around with JJ. He didn't want to chance a wait and see deal.

It is nice to see our young guys going on after being trained/developed with us.
