This is a year to purge some bad contracts, find bargains, and let other teams hand out $10-15M/year... Not that the Rams are going to be sitting on their hands by any means but if they place this right they really could end up with two 3rd round comp. picks, a 4th and a 6th in 2021- and a good amount of cap space to keep Kupp and Johnson.
