This is only one example that was before Snead's time, but it was a glaring blunder. In 2012, the Rams traded pick #45 to the Bears. There were three players on the board that I was hoping they would take: Alshon Jeffery, Bobby Wagner, and Lavonte David. The Rams ended up with Isaiah Pead. To further compound the disaster, they selected Brian Quick with first pick in the second round that season.
No that was Snead's time. Fisher wanted Wagner, and they traded down--apparently driven by Snead's advice--and missed out on BW.
