Instinctively, I confess I don't like the sound of it. But, considering their roots I guess it makes "some" sense. Count me among those who are frustrated with the Rams approach on this. I doubt that many would be happy with waiting regardless of how little or long the wait but I think it's a poor approach to keep it a secret. Are they afraid that they won't meet whatever deadline is set? Seems to me that it would give people something to look forward to and to plan around.

Some people couldn't care less but there is a significant portion of the fan base that does care about the colors, design and tradition that all of this has just tortured them with.

The bottom line is, the Rams don't get any benefit of doubt when it comes to what they've dressed themselves with over the last 20 years. On top of that, there are quite a few fans who aren't just content with the '73-'99 uniforms but actually like them. So, being coy about the new stuff just comes off as irritating to me.
