I just like the way McVay goes about being an NFL HC.

He has this energy about him, and has a special attention to detail. But, he also comes across as a "guy's guy" where he can let go, have some fun and just "roll with it."

McVay expects his players to be smart, know their assignments and be able to be "coached" by actually wanting to get better and become the best NFL Football Player they can be. Simply becoming the best player you can be by putting in the time and the effort.
