My previous impressions of McVay are reinforced. The energy, the leadership, the will-to-win, the communication skills are off the chart. It ALL starts with McVay and we are in good hands there.

I feel confident that McVay has chosen well in O’Connell and Staley. Both seem to be coaches cut from the same cloth as McVay himself. I’m excited about both.

Bonamego, though, still has to kinda win me over. I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt, of course, for now. But we’ll see.
